It seems like Ja Rule can’t catch a break, I can understand his determination to jump on any track with any relevant artist, but in my opinion if R.U.L.E. couldn’t revive his career then NOTHING can (cuz that album was dope and it still flopped). Lloyd’s new track is called “Devil in a Dress” the beats cool, but thats pretty much it. DISCUSS
